We accept Bank wire transfer, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All payment must be in US funds.
A minimum 60% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom fabrication and design. The balance shall be due upon completion of work. There are absolutley no refunds or exchanges.
Shipping & Damages
Purchaser is responsible for all applicable shipping and handling charges.
Purchaser is responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment, unclaimed goods and undeliverable packages.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
The purchaser is responsible for filing any and all claims for wrong, missing, damaged or defective item(s) with MRC within 24 hours of carrier delivery by email, at firstname.lastname@example.org. If not reported within this timeframe, acceptance of the item(s) is implied. No exceptions.
If there is any shipping damage, the purchaser is responsible for documenting the damage on the freight bill of lading and sending photographs of the damaged box and damaged items to MRC. All items must be thoroughly inspected before the carrier driver leaves your premises and before signing for acceptance. If there is any damage or perceived damage it must be documented on the freight bill of lading. If not recorded at the time of delivery, then acceptance of the item(s) is implied and claims may not be honored.
Purchaser is solely responsible for applying for and securing all necessary documents, including but not limited to, import licenses and permits required for international transport of goods or products from the United States to final destination. All fees, taxes and/or tariffs associated with the import/export of the goods or products are the sole responsibility of Purchaser.
